“One of my favorite parts of the book, which again, is so well-written, an easy read, and a very compelling story, is where you talk about leaders taking an honest assessment of themselves by looking at 10 -15 common attributes, picking the top three, and understanding that each one has a 'shadow' to it. So, if one of your strengths is honesty, your shadow might be oversharing. I went ahead and did the exercise myself. Understanding that Yin and Yang is great.
