Soldiers tell real stories of the exciting & adventurous Life they have lived during the time when they were in Military Boots.

We will discuss the Life which I lived after I shed the Boots in 2004 ... ... ...

After doing a MBA from a Top Business school at an economic cost of ten lakhs I had to hunt for a job in 2005.I was too old for the corporates & too raw for any Top Leadership positions.

Let us see what I could do after a spate of corporate jobs for fifteen years in last eight years since 2017.

1. Waste management ... Created awareness on processing waste at source in Gated communities of Gurgaon. WASTE TO WEALTH IS ONE SUCH EXAMPLE .
2. Veterans transition Training ... Mentored & trained more than 100 Military transitioning personnel on smooth seamless transition to corporates. Motivated thousands of Military personnel by writing extensively useful posts on Linkedin. I will be publishing a book soon which is ready & getting rusted for last couple of years. My two students have done a MBA from ISB,Mohali & are quite successful in their corporate careers.
3. Smart Cities Management ... Created awareness among the stakeholders on Ease of Living , Happy streets, Pedestrian rights, Cycling Infrastructure & reimagining Sustainability. I continue to work silently in this area by writing informative posts.
4. GO GREEN INDIA ... For last ten years me & my Wife who has green fingers work with passionate gardeners to encourage people to give green gifts & go for indoor plants. Look for our FB group Commanders Organic Farm.
5. Sustainable Tourism ... Have worked to encourage the concept of GO VOCAL FOR LOCAL & travelling in our own country to encourage the local economy. We continue in our journey to make India & Indian destinations more attractive for Indians & NRIs.
6. Organic farming ... We are into organic farming. Have set up Commanders Organic farm & have shared organic produce with a hundred families in last six months. We continue to evolve by upgrading to permaculture, natural farming & later on Sustainable agriculture.
7. MEWAT ... FOOD PROCESSING ... WOMEN EMPOWERMENT ... We work in the most backward area of Haryana. Aim is start food processing to enhance the incomes of farmers by processing their produce. We will generate employment for the local Women by doing this.
8. LET US WAIT FOR THE PRODUCTS LIKE ... Jaggery, Neem oil, Gulkand, Mustard oil , Haldi powder,Lemon grass powder, Tomato mixes, Frozen vegetables ,Jams & Chutneys with our branding & assurance.
