Agentforce is nothing but an additional agent/ bot that can work when one can't work or can make some decisions on behalf of your absence. Technically, it's a configuration or tool that will automate some repetitive results, tasks, and scenarios based on the data, trade, and sequence given as input.         

Agentforce Agent's significant components are :

Role : An AI Agent who can work when you can't. ?

Data : Relevant information in an organized way?

Action: What is the Goal for AI Agent. ?
