The objectives of the accounting company include raising customer engagement online from 0 to 10,000?across all their platform,?which will?be boosting leads and conversions, thereby growing the number of loyal consumers from 20 to 100?by the end of the third quarter and raising website and social media account visits. (SMART GOALS)
Solution:
1. Market Research: To determine its target market, the accounting firm must do market research. This entails figuring out the wants?(pain points and touchpoints)?and demands of their clients, researching the tactics of competitors, and locating future clients.
2. Unique Marketing Strategy: ?They must develop Strategic?Marketing Plan,?Based on their market research, the accounting firm should develop a unique marketing strategy to reach their potential customers. This could include a combination of digital marketing strategy on the various digital channels and other strategies like Social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

3. ?Content?Creation: To position itself as an industry leader and draw clients, the accounting firm should provide high-quality, search-engine-optimized content?on themes like taxes, accounting, problem-solving, and other relevant subjects.?They schedule engagement content like Sharing the Business success story, promos, post Motivational quotes, and many other more
4. Generate Organic and Paid Social Media Posts: They should create both organic and sponsored social media posts if they want to increase interaction on their social media accounts. Paid advertisements can help them become more visible and draw in more clients.
5. SEO Strategy: They need to have a strong SEO plan that uses both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. By optimizing titles and descriptions and managing on-page SEO, they may assign their staff the responsibility of doing keyword research and writing content with a focus on search engine optimization.
6. Clear Call-to-Action: They should include clear calls to action on their website and social media accounts to encourage potential customers to take action.
7. Measure Results: The accounting firm should measure the results of its marketing efforts to identify areas of improvement and adjust its strategies accordingly. They can use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure website visits, engagement, and conversion rates.
