PWM dc-dc conversion with added protection
There are boards for two dc-dc isolated PWM flyback converters, which include significant protection features. These converters integrate a 650 V switching MOSFET, and support low power consumption as well as low EMI.
To boost efficiency, the BM2P060MF PWM dc-dc converter offers ac low-voltage protection and an X capacitor discharge function. There is also frequency reduction, minimum ON adjustment and burst operation at light loads.
The BM2P016TPWM dc-dc converter has a high-voltage starter, and increases efficiency by cutting switching frequency at light load. The converter also uses current mode control to support bandwidth and transient response.
?Ac-dc flyback conversion with 1,700 V MOSFET
Long-term support in the industrial market is guaranteed with the BM2SC123FP2 quasi-resonant ac-dc flyback converter. In addition to the integrated 1,700 V MOSFET, there is soft switching to minimize EMI, and protection features which include burst operation and an over-current limiter per cycle.

Dc-dc conversion for battery power or automotive
For high power density, the BD9F500QUZ Nano Pulse Control? dc-dc buck converter integrates a 5 A MOSFET and uses constant on-time control to deliver fast transient response. The light-load mode control enhances efficiency, and power good provides sequence control.
For space-constrained applications, the BD9G101G buck switching regulator has an internal high-side 42 V power MOSFET as well as 1.5 MHz switching frequency. Phase compensation and multiple protection features are also included.
Fast transient response and phase compensation is offered by the BD9G401EFJ buck converter. Soft-start is added to multiple protection features as well as a noise management capability.
?Cut on-resistance and losses with 1,200 V SiC MOSFETs
The 4th generation of SCT4018K SiC MOSFETs cuts on-resistance by around 40% and cuts power consumption compared to conventional MOSFETs. Switching losses are reduced by 50% with fast switching, and the 81 A drain current is combined with fast reverse recovery, easy paralleling and simple driving.
