The median price for the top 1 percent of the Australian property market jumped 9.9 percent over the year to June, to $4.4 million, the analysis showed. That is in addition to annual growth of 17.5 percent the previous financial year as written in the Sydney Morning Herald.

I am seeing this on the ground with the luxury property I list and sell, there is constant upward pressure on pricing due to the above and a lack of available stock.
