Winding through 65+ newsletters has allowed me to see a clear progression, not just in writing but also in how I approach the business day to day. I don't talk about that in the newsletters as much as I do sales techniques for top-of-funnel sellers and lead generation.

There is one thing that's been evident.

I'm growing up.

I'm seeing things more clearly.

I'm finding that life certainly isn't about profit and money, but if you are given the choice, choose profits.

What I see myself writing about in the future will be more about the product evolution at MAGNETIC , and how we distilled our service and software offerings down through multiple rounds of user testing, iterating and extremely valuable feedback.

That's been everything to me.

So, thank you for continuing to navigate the journey. I know you are learning along the way, and I am learning from you. Together, we are better off for it.

Predictable Revenue isn’t working like it used to. When I started MAGNETIC in April, I had a mission to figure this out, but it didn't come easy.

I was staring at data sets with over 50,000 touchpoints and it was apparent that outbound wasn’t working in nearly the same way it had been every other time I’d implemented my system.

Something wasn’t quite right.

Product-Market fit was there. We had the right audience. We were using all of the best cold/outbound email techniques. We were coordinating our outbound efforts properly.?

But the results kept getting worse. I was ready to admit defeat. Something in the loop is broken. But from there, I went to the next, more important question: “How do we fix it?”

That’s when it hit us…
