For the first time, the customer wanted to install it on the 26th, but told him that the cabinet had not been mentioned on the 26th and asked for the 28th, but the cabinet was still not mentioned on the 28th. The customer is nothing, just didn’t contact me in the next few months, and didn’t ask me for a quotation.

On the 10th of this month, the customer told me that he wanted to sell 3 HQ shoes, and there was no space for the freight forwarder. Then I helped him find 3 YML 9.23 cut-offs, but when I wanted to load it, I informed me that the ship was delayed. , To the 28th.


The customer wanted to install on the 25th. After I finished the plan, I was told that the ship was delayed on the 30th and the container could only be returned on the 27th. After the EMC price came out, I also found that it can be installed on the 27th. I told the customer that it could use EMC. The customer said that they did not want to use EMC. At that time, EMC's ocean freight was 50USD higher than the YML I quoted, and I didn't tell the customer. I know how to do business, the price difference is a little bit, even if it is less, I don’t know how customers will be irritable after the update


The customer didn’t want to use EMC at first, but only one of them can be installed, so he agreed, but after I confirmed with the customer to use EMC, I found that EMC was also delayed, and then changed the PIL, still can’t install it on the 27th. It can be repaid on the 28th. The operation suggested that I use the original YML. After I told the customer, there were unexpected situations on the customer's side, that is, the goods were not ready yet, so the booking was not successful in the end.

Nowadays shipping goods from China is absulotely hard, not only the ocean fee is high, but also there has no space enough and its terrible shipment schedule. Even that we have to try our best to solve the problems.
