?? It's time to do your book's production and publication schedule.
I'm working on my next book and I just booked my editor, proofreader, graphic designer, and copywriter.
You can find three different options for your book's schedule in I Must Write My Book (100-, 180- or 365-days). Once you've picked your publication date and schedule, you'll fill in the dates and be able to schedule your publishing team. Cool, right?
If you wait too long to get your schedule together, some or all of your desired team members will be booked out past my desired date. Note: the added benefit to booking out your team ASAP is knowing they are expecting your manuscript which will provide some accountability. And with that, I'm going to get to writing!
