Book on Women's safety??

In this day and age, given the focus on harassment to rape around the country these days I find it strange that I have a hard time getting my second book on women's safety published? the first book I published years ago was such an easy sell. But now hundreds of interviews later nobody seems to want to publish the advice so many women around the world need to stay safe. Anybody have any suggestions?
