Too many people to blame... to play The Blame Game any more. Too many people to blame... to believe The 2024 Election is going to change anything. SO... HELP SAVE THE AMERICAN DREAM.

Today is Memorial Day 2019 and Donald Trump is in Japan celebrating Japan’s new Emperor... and I am very sad to say that this already great nation of ours is heading for a very, very dark day.
What day is that? The day when America is no longer worth dying for.
IT'S TRUE. America needs to STOP this dark attack in its place and that is my purpose on this MOST hallowed American day.
MY FELLOW AMERICANS... CURE WHAT ILLS AMERICA FIRST... AND THEN... EXPORT THE CURE AROUND THE WORLD.
THAT'S... THE HOLY GRAIL... IDEA.
As you try to get your mind around this new venture, keep in mind these ideas that I present to you today are first and foremost... THE COMPETING NARRATIVE... that will allow America to fight and win... THE WAR OF IDEAS... that began on 9.11.
MY PURPOSE... IS IN LARGE PART TO REVEAL THE AWESOME POWER OF INSPIRATION TO YOU... and to save you a few steps. Steps that some people would never be able to take on their own... without someone going first. BUT... far too much needs to be done to get America and the rest of The World off of this self destructive path... for any one person to claim to know the whole 'way'.
So I certainly won't.
For a time... lots of people also believed that Barack Obama was The Anti-Christ. To me he was... 'The MUSE From Hell'... who prepared me for my fight with Donald Trump.
It's true. I believe Barack Obama was a gift from God... and exactly the president that we needed, in order to see what not to do as president.
Happiness, progress, accomplishment, achievement and success are never found by pursuing comfort. In fact they are often opposed by comfort and sometimes can be only found hidden behind resistance.
Yet, legions of salespeople representing automobiles, homes, resorts, food, alcohol and “you name it” work around the clock presenting you with images and norms that appeal to that side of you that will sabotage your best interests in favor of comfort if you let it.
Seeking Comfort is almost always a “false” path and continuously taking this route will bring you to places you wish you weren’t.
“The path of least resistance”... is that 'way' because it seduces those who are weak and keeps them that way.
The true course for you is found only in strife and through working hard.
Spend many days on the couch and your body will reflect it. Exert yourself physically on a regular basis and your body will reflect it. The couch is comfortable and physical exertion is not, yet good health demands exertion.
It is in this state of opposition that the creativity and talents of the masses remain hidden... because what stands in the way is discomfort.
Examples abound for those who are drawn to seek comfort as a means to fend off fear, hurt and agony. To be sure it is more comfortable to eat ice cream and lay on the couch than it is to put a pair of sneakers on and go for a run.
Are you one of the millions who needlessly suffer with excess weight?
Disengaging from the status quo is uncomfortable, but the status quo brings little beyond mediocrity. And the result of mediocrity is internal turmoil and discontent.
It is within these simple comparisons which the fundamental principles for success, longevity and good mental and physical health are revealed to us. But here is the rub for those who are without a specific reason for exerting their energies.
Our society has elevated the importance of comfort in almost every possible segment of life and choosing to ignore this opposes “normal living”.
Our orientation has shifted towards the pursuit of comfort and away from the pursuit of fulfilling our potential by experiencing the discomfort that always accompanies growth.
“Comfort foods”, new technologies, entertainment options all serve our ravenous appetite for more and more comfort. And it is obvious that the pursuit of comfort is winning over inspiration.
Yet… there are physical and mental side effects that come with the perpetual accumulation of comfort… weakness of body and mind are the result for most and with this comes an internal turbulence.
Some will recognize it as stress and anxiety, while others are only able to respond to it with misdeeds and self-absorption. It all can be classified under one heading... "Inspirational Dissatisfaction".
Inspirational Dissatisfaction is our internal negative motivation. It is a state of being where a “Dis-Comfort” from within fuels a need for action and choices. It is designed to become your motivation for creating “whatever” you desire... if you desire relief from the discomfort.
The purpose of Inspirational Dissatisfaction is to fuel creation or progress. It should prod you and push you to seek positive solutions to end it. Yet too many people respond to this discomfort with efforts to gain new levels of comfort.
Obesity, substance abuse, affairs and depression are all in some way tied to this obsession with comfort.
How many people try to “ make it feel better” with an ice cream cone or need to feel a little more “special” by cheating on their spouse? I rightly group depression here as well because it is an across the board shutting down of motivation triggered by the desire to move towards comfort and away from the uncomfortable state of adversity. It isn’t a coincidence that those in the grips of depression seek prolonged periods of time in bed.

Believe it or not this awful “feeling” can become your best friend… if you understand what it is and why if doesn’t feel so good.
That “feeling” is designed to create a pain that you must react to and in this you will find two choices.
Learn to make the “right” choice for you… over and over… and you have discovered The Power of Inspirational Dissatisfaction. Make the wrong choices (for you) and you will create too many of the things in your life which oppose your happiness and peace of mind.
Expect internal strain when you live with inconsistencies between your best thoughts and your choices of action. Your thoughts have provided you with the insights necessary for creating the circumstances within your life which will make you happy, satisfied and in one word… “whole”. If you do not pursue those thoughts and ideas which you have determined magnificent… Inspirational Dissatisfaction comes along to move you towards them.
If you resist… expect increased stress, anxiety and self-doubt. If you persist… expect increased energy, clear thinking and improved confidence. The choice is always yours.
The way that you are held accountable is through the dissatisfaction that you feel when your life isn’t consistent with your best thoughts. Truth is yours when you pursue your ideas with consistent and honest effort. If you come to certain conclusions within your mind regarding what is in your best interest, yet fail to proceed with ongoing efforts to attain that state… lookout! Expect a whirlwind of dissatisfaction.
The “Dissatisfaction” that I refer to can be either motivational or destructive and there is little in between.
For most it is the recognition that “something is missing” and the results are ending relationships at home, work and school. Or it is in the strong desire to seek thrills even if they are destructive like affairs, uncontrollable anger and substance abuse. Or it could result in the purchase of something, a new car, a tattoo, new shoes… whatever is decided upon usually creates some sort of temporary distraction or a diversion from that “feeling”.
Those who pursue these temporary distractions instead of something purposeful find out that they have often chosen against their own interests. And unfortunately when a person continuously chooses against their own interests the result is a life that is far different than what one had hoped and dreamed of. And in this pattern are found a perpetual series of experiences that sabotage the promise of life.
Strength through Repetitive Resistance...
It is within discomfort that strength, accomplishment and hope are found. It is within comfort where they are lost.
Muscles, courage and confidence are built through consistent behaviors opposed to “Resistance”. Whether the resistance takes a physical form like a dumbbell or a mental form such as fear, it will always provide strength and endurance when engaged repetitively and purposefully.
The fundamental ability to grow, to expand, and to adapt is a part of being human and a part of being you. It is the “potential of a strong life” which is available to if you pursue the thoughts and behaviors that are consistent with that which you desire. Your strength will be developed ONLY by pushing up against the resistance which keeps you from what you want.
Additionally, it is important to understand that as you strengthen your mind or body that you will require increased resistance to continue to grow. What you may find difficult now won’t be so later. As you progress and desire more growth… you must increase your resistance.
It is within this understanding that you can begin to develop your own philosophies for pursuing and achieving vast accomplishments.
The fact that what you desire isn’t readily available to you should be anything but discouraging. Because resistance is “normal”… in some shape and form, it is only a temporary barrier standing between where you are today and where you are perfectly able to go.
And the best part about resistance is as you continue to engage it… you will strengthen. Fail to embrace the resistance that is a natural part of any journey and you will tire and wither. The choice is only yours.
Anything you cherish is within your grasp… if you grow strong enough to command it. If you do not do the work that growth demands… you will not have what you cherish!
The simplest explanation of the growing and building process can be best understood by understanding the way human muscles are developed. All people with the possible exception of those with certain physical damage will respond to a weight lifting routine if conducted within these guidelines.
Activity Must Be Purposeful:
A relatively small percentage of society engages in a regular exercise routine despite the ongoing and increasing body of research to support the mental and physical advantages for doing so. What stands in the way? Discomfort!
The 'secret' behind having a well defined purpose is the recognition that the pain is "worth it". And that not having whatever you cherish is more painful than the pain which comes from overcoming the resistance that stands in your way.
This is why people who are getting married, getting divorced or going on a warm weather vacation have an easier time losing weight and getting fit than others who have yet to connect a specific purpose to wish to be fit. Those who embrace the "purpose for the pain" are able to ignore it over time.
Activity Must Be Consistent:
If you are one of those people who gain some measure of self from saying “I’ll try anything once”… forget about it! Over time… over and over is where the benefit of trying something will be realized. Exercise once and you are likely to feel pain the next day without any increased strength. In fact, more likely than not you will feel weakened as your muscles have been broken down.
It is the repetitive breaking down and re-building of tissues which develops strength and form. In this process comes your stored endurance allowing you to tap into it for whatever purpose you see fit.
Activity Requires Expertise:
Use poor form when exercising and you will see diminished results from your exertion and you might even injure yourself. Fail to connect proper nutrition and your results will be slow to come.
The point is simple… Either determine to gain enough knowledge yourself for appropriate guidance or seek the assistance of others to supplement what you don’t know. Either way you must have this knowledge.
Resistance Must Be Increased for Continued Growth:
The amount of resistance determines the amount of benefit. You might need to begin with a light load of whatever and may be pleased when you begin to see results, however continued growth of results only comes from handling more resistance.
