Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker
I do not generally post a book recommendation to Linkedin, but like me, I am sure that many of my connections do not always prioritise sleep. Reading this book has changed me. It has changed how I view sleep and how I now work to ensure I prioritise it within my life. I do hope that at least some of my connections read it, it is that important to get right for all elements of your personal well-being.
