Get to Know the Weaving Influence Team
In each newsletter, we introduce a team member so you can get to know us better. This month, we’re proud to introduce Amy Driehorst , chief operating officer.?
Amy has been on the Weaving Influence team for 12 years, and she is consistently using her operational expertise to improve processes and systems in service of our clients, team members, and partners.
In her words: “I could list countless things I love about working here, but I can sum it up in two words: flexibility and people. Our dedication to flexibility has enabled me to balance caring for aging parents, raising children, and serving my community, all while making a meaningful impact in my career. It’s rewarding to extend this same flexibility to our team, helping them harmonize their personal and professional lives. Additionally, the people on our team are exceptional. We support and uplift each other, collaborate rather than compete, and extend grace in all that we do.”
Outside of work, Amy is deeply involved in her community and has served on her local school board since 2021. In her spare time, you can find her volunteering with the high school band boosters, and in the fall, watching a lot of football with her husband of more than 30 years.
