This book includes over 100 amazing women from around the world in IT/Cybersecurity. I want to thank Lynn Dohm and Gabrielle B ?? taking the time to write the foreword to this book. I want to thank everyone who wrote their stories inside of the Stronger Together Book. It's truly been an honor working with all of you. I couldn't have done this without you and the rest of the community. :) Stronger Together: Women In Cybersecurity (details) ?? This book includes over 100 amazing women from around the world in IT/Cybersecurity. The main reason and purpose we wanted to write (curate) this book is to encourage as many women as possible to pursue careers in IT/Cybersecurity field and break down barriers. This book is unique because it addresses challenges women face to break into the industry, significance of male allyship, and DEI. One goal of this book is to help women see that it is possible for them to have a successful career in the cybersecurity industry. It is important for this book to be written because having more diversity in STEM leads to stronger teams with divergent thinking. All proceeds of this book will be donated to Women in Cybersecurity Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) and they have shared this money will be allocated solely toward scholarships thereby helping the next generation break into cybersecurity. This book will resonate with many audiences because of well it will be focused on breaking barriers down to get into industry, leadership, and methods for being an ally.
