BoneVital introduces ‘Growtein’ at Coex Food Week 2024: “A balanced nutrition shake with animal and plant proteins”
BoneVital participated in Coex Food Week 2024, held at Coex from November 20 to 23.
BoneVital, whose name signifies “essential for sustaining life,” aims to promote benefits for humans, the planet, and animals. The company aspires to enhance modern lifestyles through wholesome, natural foods, ensuring health and nutrition for future generations while becoming a global industry leader.
BoneVital presented “Growtein,” a convenient protein shake designed for busy individuals, seniors, and dieters at the event. The product addresses modern protein deficiencies by offering a balanced animal- and plant-based protein blend. It is also safe for individuals with milk intolerances, serving as an ideal alternative food.
BoneVital highlighted its innovative extraction technology, which repurposes discarded bones into high-value, health-beneficial upcycled food products. The production process includes 19 steps and yields only 42kg of raw material from 1,200 kilograms of extracted concentrate, underscoring the product’s value.
A company representative explained, “This is a practical approach to reducing food waste. While global meat consumption continues to rise, leftover bones are often discarded, exacerbating environmental and food waste concerns.”
Under the theme “Inspire: Food Life,” Coex Food Week 2024 showcased sustainable food culture and cutting-edge food tech, offering a vision for the future of food. The event ran alongside the 2024 Bakery Fair and the 2024 World Food Tech Expo, providing a comprehensive overview of trends and innovations in the food industry.
