Rick Kopp has owned and raced everything from motocross at age eight to drag racing in door cars. He continued drag racing at the sportsman level in the Top Dragster and Nostalgia Nitro Funny car classes and has been competing for nearly 30 years. He started driving a jet truck five years ago, with “PYRO” as his first fire-breathing beast. Riding with him on every ground-pounding pass in Bone Shaker is his buddy, chrome skeleton “Skully.” Powered by an 18,000 HP jet engine with afterburners and sporting 36,000 LBS of thrust, his truck is something you have to see in action to believe.
