We just published an article on this very topic... having developed the concept of the bone reduction template almost 20 years ago, it’s great to see how our latest technology allows more clinicians to see the benefits of a guided approach. One caveat - my best advice is to plan the implant locations FIRST... restoratively-driven of course, and then level the bone so all implants will be on the same plane. Stackable or non-stackable.... it’s a great way to achieve success with fixed or removable implant-supported restorations... thanks for sharing and helping to educate the world!! ????
