Upside-down spray pumps are often used for drugs that require easy application to hard-to-reach areas or precise delivery. Below please check some examples of drugs and medical products that can be delivered using upside-down spray pumps:

Topical Pain Relief Sprays: Medications like lidocaine or menthol-based sprays for pain relief can be applied to areas like the back or lower legs using upside-down pumps.

Nasal Sprays: Certain nasal decongestants or corticosteroids (e.g., fluticasone) can come in upside-down spray pumps to ensure even distribution inside the nasal cavity.

Throat Sprays: Medicated throat sprays, such as those containing antiseptics or anesthetics (e.g., phenol), often use upside-down spray pumps for easy application to the back of the throat.

Wound Care Sprays: Antiseptics or wound-healing sprays can be applied to hard-to-reach wounds, like on the feet or back, using this mechanism.

Dermatological Sprays: Medications for skin conditions, such as antifungal sprays or steroids for rashes and eczema, are often applied using upside-down spray pumps for better coverage.
