Bombardier Transportation is to supply a further eight ALP-45 dual-power locomotives to New Jersey. The New Jersey Transit Corporation – NJ TRANSIT – has exercised an option from a contract signed with Bombardier in 2008. It is the fourth time NJ TRANSIT is ordering this type of locomotives. Once Bombardier delivers on this option, NJ TRANSIT will own a total of 60 ALP-45 locomotives.
