Atlanta, GA August 23, 2019—Morehouse Alumni, Edward Bolden of Bolden Capital Group, LLC and Drake Thompson of TXO Investment Group LLC, have acquired The Villas Apartments, a 40-unit garden-style apartment complex in Atlanta, GA for $1.7 Million. The Sellers, Shenkar Holdings LLC, were represented by Paul Khansari of Re/Max Center and the Buyers represented by Chris Estrada of Keller Williams (KW) Commercial Peachtree Road.
