Bold Leadership...Part 1

A leader is a lead person on a mission with a clear vision, what he/she wants to achieve with the help of carefully selected team/s.

Mark the words " With the help"...means that he requires help from his team members. One who requires help cannot be arrogant. When We talk about bold leadership... We need to be careful because there is a thin line between Bold & Arrogant. Many of us cross this line and are referred as arrogant leaders. Bold does not mean arrogance.

Bold also does not mean "leadership by diktats" everyone understands the difference between leadership & Dictatorship.

It must also be understood that people mistake "Bold Leadership" with arrogance, Dictatorship, daring, intrepid, etc, whereas, it is entirely different and has an element of human into it.

Bold leaders are inspiring personalities..."Who means business".
