Employee Engagement and People Analytics - more than a platform - let's talk data-driven HR ??

I think many initiatives will get rolled back for the 'public eye', but will continue being implemented in the background. Companies like J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs have announced that they are not complying and will keep DEI going. Companies understand that DEI isn’t just about doing the right thing—it’s also good business. Studies show that employees who feel psychologically safe are 34% (!) more productive, and diverse teams drive better decision-making and innovation. Strong DEI initiatives also boost employee engagement, which is critical for retaining top talent and fostering commitment to organizational goals. Is see especially Western European companies prioritizing these efforts (they have a strong bottom-up approach in their culture, which is beneficial)—it’s a win-win for employees and shareholders alike. Kudos to leaders who stay the course on fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces. ??
