BOFINET LEADS THE WAY TO BETTER CONNECTIVITY IN ORAPA

BoFiNet is delighted to announce the successful completion of our Fibre-To-The-X (FTTX) project in Orapa, representing a significant milestone in advancing enhanced connectivity to business centres, Government offices, and other strategic sites within the region.

Commencing on the 29 of July 2023, the project aimed to deploy FTTX infrastructure to pivotal locations in Orapa, symbolising a crucial stride towards fostering a digitally connected community. BoFiNet forged a strategic partnership with Tshepo Tile Products for this project. Overseen by our skilled Project Supervisor, Mr. Otsile Bobby Lepekwane, and skilfully managed by our Project Manager, Mr. Oreeditse Gaebepe, the project progressed seamlessly from the contract signing on June 7, 2023, to its completion on December 20, 2023. We are delighted to report that a total of 65 customers are now connected.

While the majority of the project has been successfully concluded, the remaining task involves the comprehensive upgrade of the network to significantly enhance its efficiency and capabilities. Although this task remains, it is essential to note that the system is fully operational, showcasing our commitment to delivering a functional and accessible network.

As we anticipate the positive impact of this enhanced connectivity on the Orapa community, BoFiNet reaffirms its dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation. We remain steadfast in ensuring that our network evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our users.
