A body at motion stays in motion; a body at rest stays at rest

I've been reading... learning on the power of exercise for the last few years.
It's one thing to read about the power of movement it's another to put into action.
The most important thing I've learned is to MOVE every single day no excuses.
In my triple decade entrepreneurial career in motion I've learned that If we regularly engage in physical activities, our body adapts by:
OPTIMIZED ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING AND IDEA GENERATING
Movement is indeed a fundamental way we interact with and influence our entrepreneurial environment. It's not just about physical exercise; it encompasses all the ways we use our bodies to navigate and manipulate our entrepreneurial circle around us.
Did you know that there are 4 common & preventable reasons for 80% of early deaths... entrepreneurial career killers
Top 4 reasons people die early:
1. Poor diet (processed foods, sugar, seed oils)
2. Sedentary lifestyle (lack of exercise)
3. Chronic stress (unmanaged stress)
4. Environmental toxins (air pollution & chemicals)
All are 100% preventable. Here's how:
1. Prioritize oxygenation The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease. Every disease can be traced back to a lack of oxygen. In fact, the definition of death is a lack of oxygen to the brain (hypoxia). Want to live longer? Start your day with breathwork.
Try the Wim Hof method: 3 rounds of 30 deep breaths ??Obnoxiously deep breath ??Pull your belly button forward ??Fill your lungs from bottom to top ??Exhale and relax

2. Address your nutrient deficiencies We don't inherit diseases. We inherit the inability to refine raw materials (nutrients) that PREVENT those diseases. For eg, Vitamin D3 deficiency can mimic symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Supplementing D3 can resolve these symptoms.
Pack our diet with essential nutrients: ??Protein sources: Organic eggs, grass-fed beef, chicken, and turkey, wild fish (salmon, mackerel, and trout) ??Healthy fats: Focus on nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia), healthy oils (olive, avocado)
??Non-starchy vegetables: Incorporate leafy greens (spinach, kale), cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower), and other low-carb options. ??Low-glycemic fruits: Organic strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
Imagine being a top dog entrepreneur and operating at only 60% of their true potential. We've forgotten what feeling NORMAL really feels like. ? Falling asleep easily ? Waking up energized ? Razor-sharp focus ? Healthy libido
3. Sugar is our modern-day kryptonite. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine, spiking dopamine & driving intense cravings. Excess sugar leads to: ? Obesity ? Type 2 diabetes ? Accelerated aging ? Insulin resistance ? Alzheimer's (Type 3 diabetes)
4. Seek discomfort. Challenge yourself. Modern humans avoid cold, heat, hunger, and discomfort at all costs, which is catastrophic for their health. Our bodies thrive when under stress: ? Fasting ? Cold exposure ? Intense bursts of exercise Pursuing comfort causes aging.
5. Improve your gut health "All disease begins in the gut." - Hippocrates ??Anxiety ? Allergies ??Depression ??All kinds of health problems These are often really issues with the gut.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this perspective emphasizes the critical role of movement in our lives and entrepreneurial careers. It encourages us to view movement not just as exercise, but as a fundamental aspect of our entrepreneurial careers.
By understanding that our bodies adapt to what we do (or don't do), we can make informed choices about our daily activities and their long-term impact on our health and capabilities.
Here's a simple solution to extend your "entrepreneurial career" and life expectancy
You can reverse aging, prevent disease, and become a true badass entrepreneur.
It all starts with the basics: ??Nutrition ? Breathwork ? Minimize sugar ??Adjust to discomfort ? Prioritize gut health? Master these fundamentals, and everything else falls into place.
