Body Love Meets Skin Love. Valentine's Special.

Ever wonder how some people have such mojo, the ones that are filled with energy and glowing skin? It seems to me the more I work with talented people like Neil Cannon, the best selling author of the Vitality Secret, and Coleen Janeway, the founder of Epithereal Skin Care, it all comes back to what you put in you put out! This last year has been a transformational year for me in a lot of ways, from cutting the waste out in my own life, from poor diet choices to personal and business relationships.

A very exciting thing happened for me this last week, a close friend was hospitalized from some poor eating habits that affected his kidneys and liver, the Dr's said he caught things just in the nic of time before it wasn't reversible damage. No, him going to the hospital was not the exciting thing. It was I saw the symptoms and gave him my advice on how to naturally help heal his body with natures own anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating ingredients. The exciting thing was, he spoke to some professionals who gave him the EXACT same suggestions.

I have written about healthy body = healthy mind before, but this is so true, and why I am sharing this on LinkedIn.
