I took these photos during a recent workshop I delivered. While the first one turned out okay, it doesn't quite capture how much joy I have for teaching teams about body language.

When the eyes don't light up and you don't see those crow's feet wrinkles, it's usually not a genuine smile of enjoyment. It's more likely a polite or social smile.
