Body Confidence the Key to Long term results

Confused about what to eat and don’t know who to ask? I don’t blame you. The reason why there's so much confusion is because there's too much to be gained (i.e. $$$) by keeping us all confused and looking for guidance!

So here's my 3 simple tips that I live by:

  1. Cook your own food, and eat lots of veggies.
  2. Do your own research and be open to change as new evidence arises (don't fall for the "I've done this my whole life and I'm fine" excuse.)
  3. Remember that what works for you may not work for someone else. Nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all science.

Above all - remember we only have one life to live - so enjoy it!
