Confused about what to eat and don’t know who to ask? I don’t blame you. The reason why there's so much confusion is because there's too much to be gained (i.e. $$$) by keeping us all confused and looking for guidance!
So here's my 3 simple tips that I live by:
- Cook your own food, and eat lots of veggies.
- Do your own research and be open to change as new evidence arises (don't fall for the "I've done this my whole life and I'm fine" excuse.)
- Remember that what works for you may not work for someone else. Nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all science.
Above all - remember we only have one life to live - so enjoy it!
