???? The Italian Sea Group (TISG) and the International Yacht Company (IYC) are celebrating what they term a ‘hugely successful sale of three new 70-metre GC-Force superyachts’. The three sales took place at the same time, seemingly to one European family. Delivery is scheduled for 2026, 2027 and 2028.
“This incredible deal brings the Italian Sea Group and IYC even closer together, solidifying a relationship that started 12 years ago. We have absolute faith in the vision and goals set by Giovanni Costantino and the Italian Sea Group team. Together, we are looking forward to these successful deliveries.”
says Michel Chryssicopoulos, IYC’s global managing partner.
He’ll be supervising the build processes of the three.
This transaction increases IYC’s current builds with TISG to seven superyachts, five of which are above the 70-metre mark. This also includes the two 72-metre projects in collaboration with Giorgio Armani.
“We are proud to say that our partnership with the Italian Sea Group is incredibly successful, demonstrating just how exceptional their service and products truly are. These recent sales speak to the quality of their yachts and are a testament to the dedication and hard work of their team. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship and to our future endeavours together"
says Raphael Sauleau, CEO of IYC
"This important transaction, finalised in Europe, confirms the validity of our development journey in the mega-yacht market and The Italian Sea Group’s positioning as a global reference player in this dimensional segment,”
says Giovanni Costantino, TISG’s CEO.
?? Premier Marinas has officially opened its new flagship marina and boatyard at Noss on Dart in Devon.
Premier Marinas CEO Pete Bradshaw was joined by Anthony Mangnall MP and the Mayor of Dartmouth, Cllr. David Wells to officially open the marina during a ceremony to celebrate the completion of phase one of the development near Dartmouth, on the UK’s southwest coast.
Premier Marinas purchased the 37-acre site, formerly the Philip & Son shipyard, out of administration in 2016 with support from owners Wellcome Trust. The firm says the regeneration of the site has generated 260 local construction jobs, a commercial space which will offer up to 174 gross additional jobs once fully operational and up to 100 jobs supporters across South Hams. It will also introduce a new residential population of 400 — creating household expenditure of up to £4 million per annum.
The 232-berth floating marina has a full-service boatyard with a 75-tonne travel hoist, a dry stack for over 100 boats and facilities including a lounge with panoramic views of the River Dart. An onsite café will open soon, and the recently launched ‘Noss Ferry’ connects people with Dartmouth Town.
Some 23 commercial buildings provide a home for the South Devon College Mainre Academy and a hub for a range of marine and leisure services.
Premier says the £34m investment to date covers all the above plus significant infrastructure projects such as a new road bridge across the railway, an electricity substation, a multi-storey car park and the provision of a public car park for users of the Dart Valley trail which passes behind the site.
Phase two of the regeneration has already commenced with a planned further £45m investment to include a 69-room boutique hotel, 41 riverside apartments and a central plaza. Beyond this, there are three further sites with planning consent for 78 residential dwellings.

The redevelopment has incorporated some environmental initiatives, including solar power generation on all buildings, wildlife-friendly lighting, a FiltaBund boat wash recycling system which prevents contaminated run-off from being released into the river, 12 electric vehicle chargers and the planting of a green wall around the car park.
??? Damen Yachting has unveiled the first interior images of the 60-metre Amels superyacht, Entourage.?
Delivered in February 2023, Entourage, is the second yacht in the Amels 60 Limited Editions series and she features a custom interior design.
Previously known as Project Witchcraft, Entourage?was built for an experienced owner who enlisted the team at Canada-based design studio Burdifilek for her unique interior design. Her calm and comfortable interior is encased by an exterior design from Espen?Oino with?naval architecture from her Damien Yachting
“The owner knew exactly how he wanted to entertain and how he wanted the flow through the spaces to be. When the sun sets, the yacht transforms, shifting from day to night, evoking a completely different feeling,”
said Diego Burdi, Burdifilek’s co- founder.
Entourage showcases an interior colour palette of creams, greys, and off-whites, with the key design feature in her main saloon being her plush curved sofa and crushed velvet armchairs. The curvature continues in the form of sculptural standing lamps which help to perfectly add ambiance and interest to the space.
Entourage?features a six stateroom configuration for up to 12 guests, with her extra-large owner’s suite located on the main deck. The suite includes a king-size bed, as well as a lounge area, fold down balconies, two bathrooms and a neighbouring twin guest stateroom.
The remaining guest staterooms of?Entourage can be found on her lower deck, alongside accommodation for a professional crew of 13. An eye-catching feature onboard Entourage is her reversed staircase structure.
The owner of?Entourage of worked?closely with Amels and build supervisors at Moran Yacht & Ship to customise the project to meet his needs.
“At the request of the owner, we extended the bridge and sun deck aft, which has impacted the use of these decks in such a positive way that we decided to implement this change for all future builds,”
says Jan van Hogerwou, Damen Yachts Commercial Executive North America.
Her large sun deck was lengthened by 1.5-metres at the aft and features a Jacuzzi pool surrounded by sunpads. The deck is also home to a large bar, alfresco dining area and shaded L-shaped lounge area. Her sun awning poles have also been repositioned to outside her railings to maximise the space available onboard.
Entourage features IMO Tier III compliant hybrid power and propulsion technology. She is powered by twin MTU engines which give her a top speed of 15.5 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500 nautical miles.?
“We are very proud of the many customisations we were able to implement into this platform, which is a testament to the Damen Yachting engineering and production team,”
said Sean Moran, Managing Director at Moran Yacht & Ship
