Transforming Visions into Technological Realities: JDV Delivers Excellence in Boardroom Innovation.

JDV Projects embarked on an ambitious project when approached by a leading Multi-National Client in the Leisure industry. Tasked with creating a boardroom that would surpass the standards of their international offices, JDV set out to integrate cutting-edge technology seamlessly into the space. Central to the boardroom’s design lay the 'Creston Integrated Zoom System,' facilitating effortless remote participation for attendees, complemented by 16 meticulously designed seating positions, each equipped for individual meeting interfaces.

At the core of the technological installation was a 4.8m x 1.35m LED TV Wall boasting an extraordinary 0.9mm pixel pitch, delivering unmatched clarity and immersion. Comprised of singular pixel pitch panels integrated through a touch panel interface, the TV wall served as a captivating centrepiece, enhancing the overall meeting experience.

Collaborating closely with specialist AV contractors, JDV managed the integration of lighting, speakers, infra-red hearing augmentation systems, and microphones, creating an all-encompassing audio-visual environment. A dedicated AV rack housing NUC computers and AV equipment ensured optimal functionality.

From bespoke joinery to carefully custom designed LED pendant light fittings, every element of the boardroom was tailored to reflect the client's branding and integrate with existing spaces. The custom-made U-shaped boardroom table, featuring a stone benchtop with integrated ZETR charging capability, satisfied both functionality and elegance, with 16 individual touch displays and web cameras catering to each participant's needs.

Despite the project's complexity, JDV's detailed planning and execution culminated in a successful delivery within a 10-week construction phase, inclusive of AV commissioning and IT setup. As a result, JDV takes great pride in having contributed to the realisation of this exceptional boardroom installation, fulfilling the client’s brief of a world class facility supported by cutting edge technology.
