On board for a human-centric Future of Work

It is my privilege to announce joining Experfy's Board of Advisors to strategically oversee international alliances and to ensure that human-centric AI prowess revitalized the globe. Harvard-incubated Experfy is pioneering the Future of Work (which is very much overlapping with the present of work) by providing robust AI Solutions for mission-critical work.

The latest 2021 data confirms that the biggest barriers in front of AI revitalizing organizations are in the human domain. While the need for speed and the imperative to act is recognized by leaders, there are way too many constraints and the lens is often too narrow. There is a lack of executive understanding, availability of AI core talent, AI skills and training across the workforce, and ethical and cultural changes necessary to make the shift happen. 

The AI gap is widening between leaders and followers, and that globally. We are beyond the age of digital transformation and we can't push out transformation for years and decades ahead. Organizations must speedily develop new capabilities at all levels to enable AI-powered decision-making, foster AI-driven job augmentation (rather than replacement), consciously manage a broad set of new ethical and existential risks, as well as futureproof their workforce and structures.

For the private sector, not being in control of this AI-driven destiny equals losing leadership and competitiveness: for citizens and their governments, the price to pay may even be higher in a broad range of domains such as security or labor automation. There is no more time to waste on missed opportunities: fortunately, the right programs combined with the right cutting-edge tech solutions are finally converging. Experfy is playing an essential role in driving this convergence.
