BMCE Bank African Entrepreneurship Award

I'm part of the mentors of the Pan African Entrepreneurship Award from the BMCE bank.  The total prize is 1M$ and application needs to be submitted by June 30th.  Would you know any African SME entrepreneurs that could enjoy this award?
