I joined BMC Software as a 'Customer Success Specialist' in January 2021 as part of the EMEA 'Customer Success' team. I work with customers across EMEA dedicated to BMC Helix ITSM products. I act as the single point of contact for my client's post-sales needs, including best practice guidance, new features and capabilities validation. I try to ensure that my customers drive maximum value from their investment in BMC Solutions. As a 'Customer Success Specialist' my priorities are to conduct 'Customer Advocacy Sessions', 'Quarterly Business Review Meeting', 'Product Adoption Plans', 'Solution Success Plan', etc. I assist my customers to utilize their licenses, identify new opportunities and collaborate with Account team to ensure growth attainment and increase footprint.

Apart from my day to day job I have managed to complete lots of certifications and training with the guidance from my mentors and manager in BMC Software like 'ITIL4 Foundation Certification'. I am part of regular Career Development sessions in BMC with my manager where I get continuous guidance and support regarding my career development, which boosts my confidence and enhances my skill towards my career journey.

I am really blessed and happy to be part of BMC 'Customer Success' team which recognizes my talent and has always appreciated my hard work and dedication.
