“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” ―?Brené Brown
Building personal area networks and transmitting data between stationary and mobile devices over short distances are two uses for the short-range wireless technology standard known as Bluetooth. It uses UHF radio waves operating in the specific bands . It is mostly used to connect cell phones and music players with wireless headphones, to transmit files between adjacent portable devices, and as an alternative to wired connections.
An important and beautiful property of Bluetooth is that it once two of the devices are paired , they could identify each other and connect themselves automatically and almost instantly every time , unless the sender disconnects the device by intentionally ‘forgetting ‘ the receiver .
If physical objects could "remember" and "connect" with such ease, humans might definitely accomplish much more. The lessons the Bluetooth teaches us include the importance of purposefully connecting without bias, sharing essential information for a particular application, and not "forgetting" anyone in the process of our own growth.
On the receiver side, however, keep in mind that communication with the sender is only feasible if you are in the appropriate "frequency range." We must maintain a very high level of modesty, civility, and empathy if we want to stay in that zone. The easier it is for people to engage with us, the more we understand about them. We receive and develop more as a result of our connections.
