"BlueDolphins Love the Flow" Web Sessions 2022

The BlueDolphin community for self-organized changes is growing at a fast pace, and more and more projects are coming in. So it's essential to help the NewDolphins and other interested persons to get real BlueDolphin supporters. Therefore we set up these five web sessions - they contain all our knowledge about #TheoryOfConstraints, #SelfOrganization, how to do such a #Change, and how to reach #Hyperproductivity - and some Ideas to #ScalingAgile or #RepairSAFe.
All sessions were recorded - if you want to review them, simply become a dolphin (for free). The only thing to do is (1) read through our vision/mission and (2) fill out the letter-of-intend questionnaire (if you simply want to learn, then select "TransparentDolphin").
And these were the Sessions of the 2022 season:
/1/ The Basics about #TOC and #Selforganization
Overview of the?#TheoryOfConstraints and #SelfOrganizaton. We will show you the difference between production (agile) and projects and provide an overview of our current TOC templates?(CCPM, sDBR, Reliable Scrum, TameFlowBoards, and Throughput Accounting. These are the building block (TOC lego bricks) to build up the perfect fit #FLOW control for your organization.
/2/ The Basics about the?BlueDolphin Process & HowTo perform a perfect "Challenging Workshop"
Methods and Templates are a good base, but more is needed. Over the years, we found a way to convince top management to change, onboard the middle management, and set up the stage so that the change goes easy and fast #selforganized. This session is all about this?BlueDolphin-Process.
The core of the BlueDolphin-Process is the "Challenging Workshop." In this workshop, the middle management challenges the solution. All obstacles are put on the table, and the participants find ways to overcome them. They build their master plan for the change on their own. Finally, they start to tell themselves why it's good for them to jump on this journey. It's a walk-through of the agenda of such a workshop. We do some examples together - so be prepared.
/3/ HowTo "teach" Customer "What are the mandatory elements of a Viable System Control"

As you know, "teaching" is futile. You know that from school - just 0,001% of what a teacher said is still in your head. But what's the alternative? We think the people already know everything needed. So we designed an online voting session (Mentimeter) with examples out of the real practical world with much fun for everyone. The exciting part is that we don't talk about #TOC or anything - it's just done by using ordinary situations everyone knows. But in the end, everyone learned how that stuff he already knows applies to hyperproductive organizations without teaching.
/4/ Agile Critical Chain - what's this "agile" all about - how to combine?agile stuff with CCPM
This session, it's all about our crown jewelry - our Agile Critical Chain Template. We show how the CCPM, Reliable-Scrum, and TameFlow-Board templates can be combined into one powerful agile product development framework. You may have heard about the templates in session one, so there we just gave an overview. This session should be more exchange of experiences - go deeper into?Reliable-Scrum,?and?TameFlow-Boards and how they interact.
/5/ Super?Simplified Drum-Buffer-Rope (sDBR) and Simplified Critical Chain Project Management
Pssst! this is a secret hint. The sDBR is the simplest, fastest, and most potent agile management concept - that no one knows of.
We'd like to show here how this work and how you can use it. We show you an example of how to combine this with agile or even to?rescue SAFe and other Agile@Scale?implementations.

I have seen soooo many IT projects and management project fail because of excessive complexity compounded by poor [under-powered] infrastructures. Now a big infrastructure change is emerging with so called edge computing. when using EDGE COMPUTING with classical infrastructures it gets too expensive.
