Busra: “After years of working as an analytics manager at a bank, handling the same team and similar projects, I was craving a new challenge. BlueCloud caught my eye because of the opportunity to work on exciting projects and work with talented professionals from around the world. The company’s focus on a positive, supportive work environment that fosters teamwork made it clear I’d found the right fit. Three years in, I can confidently say it was the best decision I could have made.”?

Senanur: "I’d advise them to stay tech-driven, be open to creating innovative solutions, and always be true team players (we’re like a work family!). It’s also important to stay adaptable, especially in a fast-paced, multinational environment."?

Mitat: “BlueCloud keeps communication smooth by using overlapping working hours, clear documentation, and tools like Teams and Slack. For meetings, they make sure to schedule them at times that work for everyone, and they also keep everyone in the loop with video updates and project trackers for those times when it’s not possible to meet live.”?

BlueCloud: What has been your most rewarding experience working on a client project??

Mitat: “One of the best experiences was leading an Agile transformation for a client team. It was amazing to see how it boosted project delivery and brought everything more in line with their business goals. I was really proud to hear the positive feedback from stakeholders on the real impact of those changes.”?
