Dear Mr. Kahlil Piscopo Guzi Karmenu,

I've been asked by some colleagues to evaluate the contracts, still in legal force, that you have signed, with full legal corporate responsibility, under the penalty of perjury, with Dr. Ippolito Lelli Italian Passport YA0124972), documents (including bank transfers) and the extensive correspondence between you and Dr. Ippolito Lelli and Mr. Paolo Griggio. An initial perusal shows unequivocally a long period of blatant lies, obvious contradictions, countless disregarded confirmations, unlikely statements and outstanding payments never supported by real bank documents or proof of funds and a situation of persistent breach of the terms and the conditions of the contracts above, subscribed with full responsibility between the parties, more times revised, signed and notarized by you..

This situation has made necessary and inevitable the following decision: with this final communication I hereby inform you:

1) if there is not for the current week, the evidence and/or proof of real documented activities about Buy/Sell guaranteed by the legal contracts still in force, and real funds, via Bank Statement or Tear Sheets, which should activate all of the Buy-Sell transactions above, subject of the contracts signed by and between Mr. Kahlil Piscopo and Dr Ippolito Lelli at the end of the year 2013,

2) if any changes to the existing contracts or any replacement of initial agreements will not be agreed upon and approved in writing by the other party without exception - alias Dr Ippolito Lelli

3) if there is not a substantial change with regard to the poor level of communication and lack of real updates from your side, practically ineffective in the last months, in violation of any genuine will to reach a common and positive solution of the contracts still in legal force

4) if Dr Ippolito Lelli will not be duly made partaker of all issues relating to the contracts in the times established by the parties jointly, as required repeatedly by Dr Ippolito Lelli, and without any unjustified and unacceptable delays caused by unilateral and arbitrary decisions from your side.

5) if the payments of the first two tranches of 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand Euro) each one for a total amount of 500,000.00 Euro (Five Hundred thousand Euro) will not be issued as per agreement accepted between you and Dr. Ippolito Lelli within and not later the current week (or in another date to be agreed definitively with Dr. Ippolito Lelli)

6) if there will be no confirmation of an actual deadline for the disbursement of 25(twenty-five) Million Euro to be paid to the ANZ Bank on the terms agreed with Dr. Ippolito Lelli on various occasions

7) if the bank transfers will not be issued as agreed with Dr. Ippolito Lelli, within and no later than Friday, September 26, 2014 in favour of the following recipients: Mr. Gianni Villani (9,000.00 euro), Rita Fresco (10,000.00 euro). Casa di Cura San Rossore Srl (VERY URGENT) (€ 15,000.00) and Mr. Angelo Contini (14,000.00 euro as due refund of the loan in favour of Mr. Kahlil Guzi Karmenu Piscopo paid in 2009), under the agreed condition "SAME CURRENCY AND SAME DAY FOR SETTLEMENT"

8) if, within the present week, there will be no confirmation of the delivery of Eight (8) Travelex Master Prepaid Cards in accordance with Dr Ippolito Lelli's legitimate requests agreed, approved, confirmed and accepted by you on several occasions in last months (amounts to be deducted from the first tranche of EUR 250K)

9) If, within the present week, it will not be confirmed a real as well as clear schedule of payments, related to the contracts signed and still in legal force, to be set in accordance with the requests and needs of Dr. Ippolito Lelli and the receiving Banks

10) If, within the present week, there will no confirmation of a proper timetable for thefiling of 2 X 250 (Two hundred and Fifty) Million € in two different accounts under Dr Ippolito Lelli’s name or who for him, as agreed and signed by you, with full legal and corporate responsibility in favour of Dr. Ippolito Lelli and related subscription of the trade contracts with Mr. Rudolf Keller, on the basis of your latest proposal accepted by my Customers. then an irrevocable decision will be taken, in conjunction with Partners from the Global Law Firms in London and Zurich, to act legally against the Indigo Dragon Trading Limited HK for repeated breach of the contracts and connected offenses. The Same judicial attention will be turned towards Mr. Ramon Luis Leon Umana for suspicion crime of theft and misappropriation of funds and credit cards.
