As you may have noticed, I recently unveiled a CliftonStrengths journey map.
This journey was born out of countless conversations with the individuals I've coached, who have expressed their enthusiasm for discovering more about themselves, their strengths, and how to leverage them.
However, they often find themselves wondering, "What comes next?"
After completing the Initial Assessment and Coaching, how can you apply this newfound knowledge to your entire team?
'Teamwork' encompasses:
Is a session between 2 people with a facilitator to guide the discussion.
Partners can be from work or life - a partner is defined as someone you have to collaborate with, and generally have joint outcomes.
This is a three-hour session, and for both you and your partner to grow your understanding of your strengths, how to collaborate with these, and appreciate the values you both bring to the table.
Are similar, but they are with a full team. The three-hour session is aimed to appreciate and understand the thought diversity within the greater team and how to create environments where everyone thrives.
These sessions both include workbooks to take away, analysis and ongoing actions.
An optional add-on within 'teamwork' is the?Grow your strengths handbook.?This diary gives 6 months of weekly ideas for Strengths conversations, meetings, professional development and personal growth.
