Blue Mahoe Capital Partners Secures Strategic Partner In Green Street Trust International

Launching a new company is always an adventure, a journey of discovery. Blue Mahoe Capital Partners was founded with the mission to provide retail investors access to alternative assets and we have focused on two funds as the first of many; A retail investor-friendly way to gain exposure to the Jamaican stock market and a US-focused real estate fund for Caribbean investors as per the request of a large Jamaican investment firm.

Today marks a milestone along that journey as the company moves on to Phase 2 now that the various options are understood, service providers identified and team members are being recruited. Companies require partners, investment and guidance so we welcome Green Street Trust International as the first strategic investor to help realize the vision.

Green Street Trust International has agreed to take a minority equity stake in Blue Mahoe Capital Partners Inc. with a view to assisting the planned launches of a Jamaican equities fund for US retail investors and a US-focused real estate fund. Ronel Jumpp, Founder and Senior Managing Director of Green Street, will join the Board of Directors of Blue Mahoe Capital Partners Inc.

As part of the deal, David Mullings, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Blue Mahoe Capital will continue in his roles and also become Managing Director, Latin America and Caribbean, for Green Street Trust International, adding his expertise to the overall business.
