About BLPA│restructuring

Having identified an ever growing demand on cross-border restructuring and insolvency expertise, BLPA bunk-alliance has initiated the establishment of an integrated practice group of advisory companies from four different countries. The goal is to provide the client with a practice-oriented one-stop-shop where he can draw on business, legal and financial expertise in different jurisdictions.

The idea is not that of yet another reference network or even a single firm with offices in different locations. The new practice group, under the common brand of BLPA│restructuring, though with offices in different locations, shall act as one team, under one point of contact and one lead counsel communicating with the client, and thus ensure the unified approach and speed necessary in this specific type of circumstances.

The members of the dedicated team are experienced insolvency practitioners, business advisors or lawyers with a distinguished track record in banking, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Currently BLPA│restructuring is represented in 10 cities in the UK, Germany, Poland, Russia and Greece but is expected to expand soon. BLPA│restructuring offers its services to management boards, shareholders, banks, insolvency practitioners and administrators faced with practical cross-border restructuring and insolvency issues.
