A comment on wording - is it a lack of wind that has caused prices to be +$3000? Or the bidding strategies of thermal generators? Or battery operators? How can a form of generation that is not actually present in dispatch also be responsible for setting prices in those intervals? And what of the role of thermal units on outage?
