Blower Capacity enhancements

If it turns out that in any Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) if the air blower is the constraint, then the low cost improvements could be:
- Check whether inlet air dampers, if present, are fully open when the controller output is 100 %; unbolting the actuator could buy a little more damper opening.
- Check inlet filter for clean condition.
- Check whether filter and damper could be changed out for lower DP.
- Check outlet line, check valves for excessive DP.
- Check whether re-generator pressure can be lowered
- Check whether lower DP slide valve is available
- Some have done oxygen enrichment
Then check whether blower rotating assembly can be changed or speed can be changed; before changing the blower itself.
There is one more possibility! Can you guess?
