Remembering that we are only humans, with limitations, and looking after ourselves and our mental and physical wellbeing is, indeed, of paramount importance. Such an interesting read! Teacher well-being needs to become an integral part of PD scenarios. Those who are nurturing the leaders of tomorrow need a huge emotional support system to ‘thrive’ while fulfilling their obligations. Just surviving isn’t sufficient anymore!
