Not that blog and websites will disappear into thin air. Nope. I do not see that happening any time soon.
And besides, WordPress and Wix.com would never let that happen.
But Twitter as a blog tool? Yeah, it's a thing. Thanks to the thread feature. Once a micro-blogging platform, Twitter is now a multi-micro-blogging platform or simply a blogging platform. Being able to follow a story tweet by tweet is entertaining. It's exactly how I grasped the entire Wilkins Fadhili saga.
As content creators and marketers, it's time we utilised this feature a lot more.
I personally haven't used it yet. I know, shame on me. The resistance is real.
I have not used the feature on my personal Twitter and not yet on any company accounts I'm managing. But thanks to my digital team at TW Media, the idea was burned into my head and as I write this, I'm giddy with excitement at this new experiment.
Experiment 1 begins tomorrow.
And I promise to share my findings.
