Want to connect with customers and create an impactful visual identity?...

Well look no further!

A brand's colours can be used to quickly win the hearts of the consumer.

It’s a clever tool to communicate themselves, their visions, and goals.

So, which colour palettes of brands currently stand out to me?

Well…

1.??????Pastel.

I’ve seen a lot of this colour trend recently.

Muted and neutral tones…

The shoe retailer Veja uses the colours extremely well.

It captures loyalty and youth, whilst also bringing serenity to the table.

A very appealing shoe for all ages…and I can see why.

It’s classy!

2.??????Earthy.

From sandy taupe and blush beige to cool green and yellow undertone…

The jewellery brand Daniella Draper has taken the earthy tone palette in their stride…

Their social media marketing is evidently full of life, calm, peace, and natural beauty.

It works really well…and very different from the vibrant colour chaos of other brands.

3.??????Dark purple.

Luxury…dramatic…glossy.

Jaguar has used this unique palette to create an innovative and futuristic feel.

It’s sexy…it’s brilliant.

4.??????Warmth.

There’s something satisfying about a warm colour scheme.

Brown…red…burnt orange...

These colours are made for each other - don’t you think?

Burger King, one of the leading fast-food chains use this palette…a clever use of branding for an industry that is associated with comfort.

Colour really is everything when you want to connect with a customer and inspire certain feelings.

In fact, I chose a gold and black colour scheme for my company's 40th anniversary campaign.

To try and evoke feelings of excitement and elegance.

I read this and wondered why there are so few big brands with blue as the predominant colour in their logos. Then I looked it up and realised how wrong I was!
