I have been serving earlier for long time in semicon industry and now practicing Clinical Hypnotherapy, have been handling high stake clients almost daily. Best techniques i do are 1) Self hypnosis, daily before i sleep.. 2) Visualising myself giving best results to clients daily and getting a feel of it on mental screen. 3) Atleast once a week brushing up on my subject, and keeping myself updated about new developments in my field. 4) Practicing mibdfulness, being in present, before i start meeting or session.
