2. Advantages and disadvantages of building early
While all speakers agreed to building or being there at the right , place , right time , right market conditions and building in bear market and preparing for the bull run . Also how to manage the runway or survive through bare minimum.
As per by Almas she did highlight one disadvantage when there is no market for the product it takes a lot to build the right conducive ecosystem, as well as educate the users or the niche market , requires lot of efforts and resources , by the time your team and startup gets streamlined to operations there might be so called competitors who takes advantage of the groundwork you as a product owner have done and offcourse
One man's failures are other man's gold
and get a head start early on with the Roadmap.
3. Strategies to scale up
All panel speakers stressed on community building and stay away from botted & shilling form of marketing. Its okay to have only 10 actual early adopters using the product rather than the huge number of following with no traction at all.
Highlighted how Foundership is taking steps to bridge the gap for the buidlers and the developers and urge them to take this advantage.
4. Adapting to changes in regulations
As a founder or owner of the product have to weigh pros and cons on where to Head quartered or to operate on . Everybody did stressed on remote working however own the work rather than just punching in time. Focus on providing the value add and have the work-life balance.
5. Collaboration and ecosystem growth
Web3 is global & borderless the same applies to products, business , relations we cultivate as a part of this process. Collaboration is the only answer out to evade the complexities that every community or partner that brings in and fosters a mutual growth and ecosystem to grow.
Attendees actively participated by raising questions and engaging in discussions. @Apporva Vyas & @Rehan Qazi had an interesting question about working remotely and whether there is a first-mover advantage in moving to specific locations.
