Blockchain Loyalty Business Model
Philip Shelper provides some very interesting thoughts on one possible future of loyalty programs in an excerpt from his book Blockchain Loyalty: Disrupting loyalty and reinventing marketing using cryptocurrencies. The excerpt covering the Blockchain Loyalty Business Model can be found here. There are several new concepts introduced to loyalty programs as we know them today, some of which will likely create an allergic reaction among existing program operators. However I found the excerpt to be a thought provoking, interesting read and I think anyone in the loyalty space (coalition or proprietary)would find it a worthwhile read.

5 年Certainly thought provoking. Any departure from a traditional loyalty platform focused on short - medium term revenue generation as opposed to? engendering genuine long term consumer loyalty has to be considered and discussed.?
