Hello Dear CEO and or Technical Directors I first of all start by reaching out to you directly, but I feel is little alternative . My story starts with ECOS in Aug 2020 The first month was ok , then was a number of support issues, in total I invested in 5 contracts but planned on buying one every two weeks , but I calculate you lost out on at least 8K of new contracts , this was for 2 reason mainly, my so-called business manager inferred and gave the clear impression , that i was not big enough for him to escalate my issues . My observations Bad and low technical skill of your IT staff Serious of badly manged issues Support that is slow and rude The impression you do not care about users who have issues Issues with saleability and understand how the blockchain works Unprofessional image of some support staff at ecos In summary you are a tech company and need to be more professional and engineer better solutions . Look how to scale your payments and lower fees / batching and automation Educate your staff so they understand crypto and the blockchain Enable rbf on payments , do more to support you customers , invest in tech staff , change your focus or you will be famous for having the worst support in the industry.
