Sara: A lot has happened since this newsletter last landed in your inboxes. Our staff at Business First was fortunate to make it through the storm relatively unscathed, and I hope the same is true for all of you. Even so, this has been a traumatizing time for the residents of Western New York. Keep that in mind, managers, as you help your staff settle in to 2023.

Here's where people are moving in and out of in WNY
The city didn’t fare well when it came to losing residents last year. City of Buffalo ZIP codes made up seven of the 10 neighborhoods that had the greatest net loss of residents, according to United States Postal Service change-of-address data for January through October of 2022. ?| ?Read more
