I love the presence of the balcony and how they help shade the interior space which enhance passive cooling, but I always have issues with eaveless buildings as they leave the building envelope expose to the element. Is it possible to engage contemporary architecture and still protect the building, for at least 70% of it for the Nigeria harsh climate
